So I've got like, 10 rental properties now and manually chasing down rent every month is seriously eating into my time, not to mention the occasional late payment hassle. I've been trying to figure out how to automate rent collection for multiple properties, but honestly I'm a bit overwhelmed with all the different payment processing options out there.
